I've been a Cleo customer since 2022. I upgraded my cell phone in Feb 2025, and I have not been able to get Cleo's customer support (online chat, email, and app chat) to simply update my SS#, new cell number, address, and new email update since 2/2025. I lost track of the numerous attempts, the countless conversations, and waiting online for a chatbot to provide the exact same, repetitious verbiage each time.

- - They want $55 back and $55 for the headache.
They will not helpful they said that it was basically my fault and I don't know where they got that from and that they couldn't do anything about it and oh well so no I will not be recommending them and I have and I will be closing the account thank you.
They said that they put the money in a bank that had been closed for over a year and that they took the repayment out of a different bank. I know if they tried to put it in a closed account, it would bounce back to Cleo, so they are lying to me.
I want my 55 dollars back, and now I want an additional 55 dollars for the headache they are causing me. I should not be going through this.
They basically said, 'not our problem, yours,' and you are lying. Don't become a member.

Agents were very professional and curtious in resolving my issue, and I think that it is very important to be nice to customers.
I'm upset because Cleo pay day advance started out fine, and I was beginning to manage my money a little bit. Cleo app makes it so difficult to regain account. Not to mention that I know my Social security number and yes it is still on my old account.
Plus my phone was broken therefore I couldn't make any online payment transactions.
Now they won't clear my account and open a new one

Is my money return to my account
My card was hacked after I opened up a text message. They took $1,999 from my account, and I would like it back as soon as possible.
I should not have to wait 3 to 5 weeks.
When you called to receive my $20 back, I'm getting nowhere with the app, and Cleo agents on the app just put me up to another agent. This is ridiculous.

- - I canceled my subscription, but they charged 23.32 two days later.

I canceled my subscription with them and 2 days later they took 23.32 from my account anyways. Im unemployed and every cent counts now, that why I canceled with in the 1st place cause I couldnt afford to pay for it anymore but they took it anyways.
I cant get in touch with a live person, it take 7 days by email to receive a response from them. So Im screwed for now.
Dont go through them u cant get rid of them nor get ur money back
